EZ Maintenance software from Link-It Software organizes and stores maintenance data on all types of equipment, vehicles and buildings. The software allows you to keep track of schedules for routine maintenance for up to a year. For example, you can track engine hours, tire wear miles, tire position, and oil and filter changes in tractors, and discover what parts were used and who performed the work. You can print maintenance schedules for all equipment on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis.

The software can help you meet Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA) requirements by recording an equipment operator's licensing information, special training and qualifications. Any driver incidents also can be monitored, and vehicle license expiration dates can be tracked.

The EZ Maintenance software will work on any IBM-based personal computer. The program links with most Microsoft office applications such as Excel or Access.
