Precise ag chemical injection

Dec 1, 2005 12:00 PM

CHEMILIZER says its new CP33 injector adjusts easily to a range of water volumes and helps to deliver chemicals quickly and accurately into the water supply. The flow meter measures gallons per hour and ounces per hour. The injector unit covers water flows ranging from very low flows to several hundred gallons per minute.

The installation diverts only enough water from a total system flow to inject the desired amount of chemical, resulting in minimal pressure drop. The rest of the water in the system flows past the injector. Therefore, a single injector model can be used on pipes with diameters from ¾ to 6 in.

The unit can be used wherever an electric injector is used; however, because it is water powered, it does not need electricity or flow switches.
