Recycling news

May 1, 2006 12:00 PM

HOW-TO videos for rinsing and recycling and an order form for training materials are just a few of the many features on the Ag Container Recycling Council's (ACRC) newly redesigned Web site (www.acrecycle.org).

Since 1992, ACRC, a nonprofit organization that promotes and supports the collection and recycling of properly rinsed HDPE crop protection product containers, has collected 82 million pounds of plastic containers. These containers have been recycled into various end-use products. The organization's Web site features a map showing the location of local ACRC contractors, with contact information and additional recycling resources.
